Lake Sammamish Foursquare believes that the Holy
Spirit is the ultimate worship leader. We are sensitive to seek the
heart of God and leave room for Him to move in our midst. Our worship
time is therefore both vertical and horizontal. We give praise and
glory and honor to the King of Kings and we allow the Lord to speak
and minister to us as a congregation through prayer and the prophetic.
Our music style is modern using a variety of worship songs from Passion,
Worship Together, Vineyard, Hillsongs, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder,
Matt Redman and original music from our body of believers.
Harp and Bowl Worship -
This style of worship comes from the scripture in Revelations 5:8
where we see that “… the twenty-four elders fell down
before the Lamb, each having a Harp, and Golden Bowls full of incense,
which are the prayers of the saints.”
The Harp speaks of worshiping God with musical instruments.
The Bowls speak of intercessory prayers of the church.
It is a seamless combination of worship with intercession and antiphonal
singing of the Scriptures and prophetic words.
